FACTORY HOLLOW APOTHECARY FEEDBACK CLUB MONTHLY REVIEW CLUB TERMS 

Welcome to our Feedback Club! We love making great soap, and your honest thoughts help us do exactly that. Each month, we reward our club members by gifting a free bar of soap to the person who shares the most helpful feedback. 

1. Who Can Join:
This club and monthly gift offer is open to legal residents of Massachusetts who are 18 years or older. Our team members and their immediate families aren't eligible to win the monthly bar. 

2. How It Works: 

Step 1: Sign up for our Feedback Club on this form.Step 2: Try our soap and take note of your feedback.

Step 3: Email us at factoryhollow@pm.me or complete the contact form on www.factory-hollow.com with your feedback to share your honest feedback with us during the calendar month. 

Note: We value honesty! Negative, constructive, and positive reviews all have an equal shot at winning. We are looking for insights that help us improve. 

Limit one entry/submission per person each month. 

3. The Monthly Gift:
Every month, we give away one (1) free full size bar of a current soap to one club member. The retail value of the bar is $12-15, depending on the bar. The prize is just for you—it can't be traded for cash or transferred to someone else.

4. How We Choose the Recipient:
Instead of a random drawing, we read through every single piece of feedback submitted that month. On or about the 5th of the following month, our team will select the recipient based on who provided the most detailed, thoughtful, and constructive feedback to help us refine our products.

5. Getting Your Soap:
If your feedback is selected, we will email you within 5 days to get your shipping details. If we don’t hear back from you within 7 days, we’ll pass the month's free bar along to the runner-up.

6. The Fine Print (Simplified):
By sharing your feedback, you agree that we can share your first name (or an alias of your choice, of which you must notify us before we ship or deliver your free soap) and your review notes on our website or social media to show love to our club members. If anything unexpected happens that disrupts the club, we reserve the right to pause or change how the monthly gift works. These terms are guided by the laws of Massachusetts.
