Factory Hollow Apothecary was born out of passion for tangible art and a desire to be rooted in place.
Part of our mission includes giving back where we can. Each quarter, we choose 3 (or more) local, national, or international nonprofit organizations to donate to through profits from our sales, giving customers a chance to weigh in. We’re still rolling out this feature in a more tech-savvy way to allow customers to actually direct the donation from their orders; until then, customers are welcome to suggest their favorite nonprofits for us to consider in the future.

October - December 2026, 10% of net proceeds from sales in the quarter will go to one of the following nonprofit organizations:
The Amherst Survival Center serves more than 13,000 people each year. Their services, all of which are free, include a food pantry, daily community meals, fresh food distribution, services such as showers and lockers for those experiencing homelessness, information & referral, as well as a variety of other support services.
Democracy Forward is a national legal organization that advances democracy and social progress through litigation, policy and public education, and regulatory engagement.
Community Action Pioneer Valley
Community Action Pioneer Valley assists people who have low incomes to achieve economic stability and security. We work to build communities in which all people have the opportunity to thrive.
